Position: Enterprise Business Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a high-impact, senior commercial role focused on enterprise growth. The Enterprise Business Manager will manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and account expansion. The role includes leading a dedicated enterprise team, managing high-value corporate and institutional clients, and reporting to the Head of Commercial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive enterprise revenue growth and meet acquisition and retention targets
• Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients
• Develop and execute account plans, pipeline strategies, and go-to-market proposals
• Lead, coach, and manage the enterprise sales team to meet KPIs
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Represent the company at executive-level engagements and industry forums

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, including 4 years in enterprise or key account management
• At least 2 years of team leadership or people management experience
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementations or large-scale projects
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
• Membership in a recognised professional body is an advantage
