About Eswatini Campus

The Eswatini Campus, established in 2019 under the ESHEC Authority and The Higher Education Act of 2013, is BU’s third international campus. It offers high-caliber academic programs designed to support Eswatini’s economic and developmental goals. The campus houses three academic faculties:

• Faculty of Engineering and Technology
• Faculty of Business and Accounting
• Faculty of Health and Education

Qualification Requirement

• Master’s degree in Business management, Education, Computing or related field.
• A Phd will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 -5 years’ teaching experience in higher education

Key Responsibilities

The Education Manager will be responsible in handling ALL Academic Affairs, including key departments such as Quality and Assurance and Library, Teaching and Research Excellence, Assessments & Registry, Information Systems Departments and is responsible for some of the following activities:

• Overall administration of all academic activities.
• Administering teaching, learning and student support services
• Ensuring quality, timely and smooth conduct of assessments
• Demonstrating strong academic administrative leadership skills
• Developing new programmes in line with the need of the country
• Promoting research, consultancy and innovation
• Promoting community engagement and internationalization
• Planning, monitoring and evaluating all academic activities
• Monitoring and evaluation of teaching excellence
• Quality assurance and implementation
• Managing Human resources for effective running of academic activities

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent command of English
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment, and moderation
• Research and publication experience preferred
