POSITION: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Location: Ezulwini
Employment type: Full-Time
JOB OVERVIEW:
A senior executive responsible for managing day-to-day running of the hotel, driving efficiency, and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals. He/She will oversee the different departments and bridge the gap between upper management and staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement operational strategies.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Post-graduate qualification is an added advantage.
• 5 – 15 years of luxury hotel experience including significant leadership role.
• Proven experience in hotel management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
REMUNERATION:
A salary commensurate with qualification and experience is offered.
