The Key Purpose of this role is to ensure that the warehouse space is clean and free of clutter, control import and export traffic and ensure safe stacking to promote efficiency while maintaining our governance and Customer service standards also live and understand the values of AB-InBev.
Key outputs and responsibilities:
- Managing gate to gate movement of truck under logistic.
- Manage traffic movement within the warehouse space.
- Ensuring housekeeping is kept across the entire warehouse space and equipment’s.
- Inspection of stack and ensuring safe stacking practices are maintained and deviations address.
- Blocking of isolated stock with mechanisms as per process
- Adhere to safety standards at all times.
- Execute a high standard of housekeeping.
- Clean up breakages and remove rocker waste bins.
- Carry out daily shift handovers
- Cross functional teamwork with packaging operators, T1 truck drivers and security
- Counting stock daily on handhelds
- Computer activities including Syspro, EXCEL reports, emails, Credit 360,
- WORKDAY maintenance.
Key attributes and competencies:
- SGCSE / O Level Certificate
- Knowledge of Stock Control Processes
- MS Office & Syspro proficiency
- Attention to details
- Problem solving ability
- Good verbal ability and communication skills
- Team player with well-developed organizational and planning skills
- Capable of operating in a pressurized cross- functional and demanding environment
- Good customer ethics and interpersonal skills
- Ability to self-manage.
Minimum Requirements
- SGCSE / O Level Certificate
- 1 or 2-years’ Experience in the warehousing or logistics environment
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Stock Control environment
