VACANCY – Business Development Graduate Trainee
The Institute of Development Management (IDM) Eswatini campus, is a registered Higher Education, Training, Research and Consultancy orgnaisation which seeks to provide experience and a learning opportunity to suitable qualified, talented and motivated graduate to undergo a two (2) year training programme in the Business Development discipline.
Reports to: Business Development Manager
KEY LEARNING AREAS
- Promoting IDM services
- Liaising with IDM clients
- Developing training curricula and training materials for short programmes from all disciplines
- Planning, coordinating and execution of management consultancies for all disciplines
- Developing, training curricula and training materials for shot programmes from all disciplines
- Reports production
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Communication, negotiation and organisational skills
