Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI) is one of the largest health-care institutions in Eswatini.
The Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital (RFM) in Manzini is the main facility. In addition, the Institution also
operates a total of Twenty (20) fully functional Health Care Clinics countrywide. We offer a wide scope of

DENTAL OFFICER- LOCUM

Reporting to Chief Medical Officer, the main responsibilities, minimum qualifications, experience and personal
attributes of the eligible candidate are summarised below;

Main Purpose of the Job:

• To provide comprehensive dental care services at RFM Hospital and ENHI
  community clinics, ensure high-quality clinical standards, and offer leadership and
  mentorship to dental therapists and support staff within the dental unit.

Required Minimum  Education  /Experience:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree from a recognized institution.

Required Minimum Work Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a reputable hospital.
•  Registration or eligibility for registration with the Eswatini Medical and Dental Council.

Work Requirements:

• Provide full-range dental services including diagnosis, treatment, preventive and restorative care.

–  Lead and manage the RFM Hospital Dental Unit to ensure effective service delivery.
– Conduct outreach dental services across assigned ENHI community clinics.
– Collaborate with Specialists, General Medical Officers, and other healthcare workers on patient management.
– Mentor dental therapists and support staff, ensuring continuous professional development.
– Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
– Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case reviews within the department.
