You are invited to submit a proposal for the Civil Society in Action project subgrant. Before proceeding, please ensure you have read the CSA Subgrant guidelines in their entirety.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this grant, your organisation must meet the following criteria:
- Location & Membership: Open only to NGOs in Eswatini who have completed and submitted the needs assessments and Operational Development plans in any of the 8 CSA Coalitions (CANGO, FSEJ, FODSWA, Yini loku, Liphimbo Labomake, PELUM, United Voices for Diversity and Swaziland Youth Network).
- Digital Registration: Your organisation must appear on the Thubelihle Digital Information Platform NGO map for your application to be considered .

For LOT 1 & 2 Applicants:
• Proposal Narrative
• Project Budget
• Logical Framework
• In the case, you will have a fiscal host and an agreement letter with the host coalition
For LOT 3 Applicants:
• Banker’s Letter
• Proposal Narrative
• Project Budget
• Logical Framework
• Constitution
• Active Organizational Policies (Financial, Procurement, and Human Resources)
• Organizational Chart (Organogram)
• Partnership Agreement for the purpose of this proposal (If applicable) Support
