POSITION
Graduate-In-Training: Human Capital

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To provide support across various Human Capital functions while following a structured on-the-job development programme to build the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for a successful career in Human Resources.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Participate in a structured Human Capital development programme and actively engage in assigned learning, coaching, and development activities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes
- Support employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Support performance management processes
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Participate in HR projects and administrative tasks
KEY COMPETENCIES
Professionalism and integrity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, confidentiality, teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
- No prior work experience required
- Internship, industrial attachment, or practical exposure in HR or Administration will be an added advantage
