HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTANT
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The successful candidate will support the overall Human Resources plans and HR Business Partnering efforts to enable company objectives. The role is responsible for administering employee life cycle practices, supporting collaboration between managers and employees to foster a healthy workplace culture, providing day-to-day HR support, and coaching line management on HR processes and policies.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Collaborate with employees and line management to ensure adherence to HR standards.
- Maintain accurate HR data and documentation to ensure integrity of HR systems and compliance reporting.
- Partner with line management and relevant stakeholders to identify capability gaps and appropriate development solutions.
- Facilitate recruitment and selection processes, ensuring alignment with business needs, diversity objectives, and best practice standards.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including survey administration, action planning, and continuous improvement interventions.
- Ensure and promote compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company policy requirements.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
- Support organisational change initiatives, including culture transformation and communication of change impacts.
- Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including misconduct, poor performance, and grievances, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management by providing practical, business-aligned HR solutions.

- Demonstrated use of digitalisation and AI tools within the HR profession.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Sound knowledge of the country’s labour legislation and HR policies and procedures.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Exposure to talent management processes, including learning and development coordination within a specialised technical environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital tools in the HR profession.
