PLANT ADMINISTRATOR
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Business Administration / Fleet / Accounting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant administration experience (workshop experience is an advantage).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Build Smart, S@S) is advantageous.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage external vehicle rentals, fleet card applications, supplier invoicing, and insurance reporting.
- Administer vehicle licensing, COF renewals, and licensing records.
- Reconcile and manage fuel card transactions.
- Process cross-border vehicle documentation and registration.
- Coordinate plant transfers, returns, reporting, and system administration.
- Handle insurance claims for vehicle accidents and damage.
- Manage traffic fines, including investigations, payments, and record keeping.
