ABOUT
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically competent Construction Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must be capable of driving production, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining program targets, coordinating resources and ensuring efficient site execution across all projects.

- Technical Oversight
- Resource Allocation
- Quality Control
- Site Leadership
- Cost Control Awareness
- Health & Safety
- Reporting
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in construction
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science or equivalent.
- Driver’s License
- Extensive experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong background in: Building Works, Civil Works, Concrete Works, Finishing Works, Site Production Management.
