GRADUATE IN TRAINING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
ENPC is inviting qualified, excelling and ambitious graduates to apply for the Graduate Development Programme, designed to develop professionals through structured on-the-job learning, hands-on experience and mentorship. The structured programme will provide graduates with exposure to key business functions, practical work experience and professional development opportunities. The Graduates will work on meaningful projects, gain critical skills, and receive ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals.
ENPC is recruiting for the following streams:
- Finance Graduate in Training (GIT – Finance) – 1 position
- Operations Graduate in Training (GIT – Operations) – 1 position
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
An undergraduate qualification
Finance: BCom/BBusSci in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
Operations: BEng/BSc Eng in Industrial, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong academic record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
