Swazi Truck & Bus, part of the Stucky Group, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to fill the position of:
SERVICE CONTROLLER
Be the voice of our workshop and the link between our customers and our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Service Controller is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, recording accurate information, communicating service updates, and ensuring smooth operations between customers and the workshop team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Record customer and vehicle details accurately.

Provide in-depth information and estimates on services and parts.

Liaise with Service Advisor, Foreman and Technicians on repair requirements.

Inform customers of service progress and vehicle readiness.
-
Advise customers on warranty, maintenance options and cost savings.
-
Maintain professional communication and a high standard of courtesy at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Minimum Qualification: Form 5 certificate
-
Bilingual: SiSwati & English
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Phone etiquette
-
Previous experience in a commercial heavy workshop will be an added advantage.
