WAITRESS (3)

SUMMARY

We are looking for a courteous and energetic Waitress to provide outstanding service to our guests. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
• Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set before and after service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with grace and efficiency
• Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality; additional hospitality training is an advantage
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in food service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
