CLEANER/HOSPITALITY – BUSINESS ONE STOP SHOP

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide efficient administrative and frontline support to clients accessing services at the Business One Stop Shop, ensuring seamless processing of business-related applications and excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
• Manage reception and switchboard duties.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare venues for meetings and events.
• Provide hospitality services including refreshments for meetings and visitors.
• Ensure office and common areas are clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Manage office supplies and hospitality inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must possess at least a senior high school certificate (Form 5).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
