FIELD SUPERVISOR
Salary Review Project | 4 Positions Available
Umelusi Partners is recruiting experienced Field Supervisors to lead data collection teams as part of a comprehensive Salary Review covering multiple organisations in the Kingdom of Eswatini. The Field Supervisor provides direct oversight of a team of Data Collectors deployed at assigned sites, ensuring data quality, field coordination, and weekly reporting to the Project Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Management, or related field.
Experience: 5 years experience in middle management in addition to field data collection or social/HR research.
Supervisory: 3 years leading a field team.
Tools: Digital data capture: ODK, KoBoCollect, Survey123 or equivalent.
Discipline: Working knowledge of HR concepts: grading, pay structures, job families.
Language: Fluent in English & siSwati.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct data collection for senior management and Executives.
- Plan and co-ordinate data collection across assigned sites.
- Brief, orient, and support Data Collectors during fieldwork.
- Conduct structured job profiling interviews with HR managers and job incumbents.
- Review and verify questionnaires for accuracy before submission.
- Submit weekly field progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Co-ordinate site visit logistics and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance on all data collected.
