Communications Assistant

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the vacant position of Communications Assistant.
MAIN PURPOSE
To provide essential administrative and operational support to the Communications Office. The role ensures smooth handling of correspondence, traditional and media monitoring, stakeholders’ engagement, and documentation, thereby strengthening the efficiency and credibility of the organisation’s communications function.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Associate Degree in Communications/Public Relations/ Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in clerical or administrative support roles (communications-related experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Graphic Designing skills
- Proven experience in handling social media platforms and basic content management
