ACCOUNTING & EMS EDUCATOR

Sisekelo is an independent, co-educational high school situated in the southern Lowveld of the Kingdom of Eswatini. It has an excellent academic record at the IEB-International Senior Certificate (ISC) level and a fine reputation of quality education which spans over thirty years.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacancy:

The successful candidate will be in a position to develop an innovative and dynamic approach to the teaching of the above subjects in Grades 8 to 12.

Duties and Competencies

• Commitment to subject related duties and activities.
• An understanding and working knowledge of the IEB-ISC curriculum and procedures.
• An understanding of independent school practice and ethos.
• Excellent computer literacy and ability to conduct lessons using various electronic learning platforms.
• Good collaboration and communication skills with learners, colleagues and parents.
• Participate in a full school programme, including sports and extra-curricular activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Degree with Education in Accounting.
• Must have taught Accounting at either IEB Level or NSC Level or AS/A Level Cambridge.
• At least 5 years teaching experience
• IEB/ NSC Accounting marking experience
• The ability to teach Business Studies and other Commercial subjects would be an advantage.
