PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This graduate program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-impact advisory work.
As a trainee, you’ll be immersed in the full lifecycle of corporate transactions from initial client engagement to deal execution. You will work alongside seasoned professionals on projects involving financial modelling, due diligence, listings, and
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Presentations
- Assist in preparing pitch decks and strategic presentations for clients
- Support senior team members in client meetings and workshops
Financial Modelling
- Build and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Due Diligence
- Participate in financial, operational, and legal due diligence processes
- Analyse company data, financial statements, and market positioning
- Help compile findings into due diligence reports for internal and client use
Listings & Regulatory Support
- Assist in preparing documentation for stock exchange listings and regulatory filings
- Learn the requirements of listing rules and corporate governance standards
- Support coordination with legal and compliance teams
Deal Structuring
- Contribute to the design of transaction frameworks (e.g. capital raising, restructurings)
- Research on potential deals and market benchmarks
- Help draft term sheets and transaction summaries structuring complex deals.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
A degree in finance, economics or a related field, paired with financial market knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a passion for business and innovation, will strengthen your application.
