Are you a results-driven individual with strong FMCG Fleet experience? We are looking for a dedicated Fleet Controller to join our team and drive in-store excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management
• 3–5 years experience in fleet control within FMCG or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse-to-distribution processes
• Experience with route planning, vehicle tracking systems, and fuel management
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (licenses, PDPs, road safety regulations)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems
• Valid driver’s license

DUTIES / KPA’S AND MAJOR OUTPUTS

• Monitor daily fleet operations, including vehicle movements, routes, and driver activities
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods/services
• Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
• Manage and enforce driver compliance with company policies and road regulations
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or irregularities
• Maintain accurate fleet records and reports
• Optimize routes to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency
• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers
