SST MATSEBULA ATTORNEYS invites suitable and qualified candidates for the above-mentioned position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consultation and taking instructions from Clients;
• Instituting and defending Magistrate and Claims on behalf of Corporate and Individual Clients;
• Carrying out legal research and providing legal Opinions to Clients on request;
• Bail Applications;
• Representing clients at disciplinary tribunals, CMAC, Industrial Court as well as the Magistrate’s Court;
• Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings when appointed;
• Company registration and trading licenses;
• Registration of Trademarks;
• Debt Collection

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from a reputable institution;
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Valid Driver’s license.
