TEXTILE FACTORY in Lubombo District is looking for PRODUCTION ASSISTANT position which is a one-year Contract with the following attributes:

• Overseeing the entire production process, from raw materials until the products reaches the customer.
• Planning and scheduling production to meet deadlines and quotas.
• Allocating resources, such as labor and materials, to ensure that production goals are met.
• Monitoring production to identify any problems or bottlenecks.
• Resolving issues that arise during production.
• Ensuring that quality standards are met.
• Maintaining accurate records of production data.
• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinating with other departments, such as purchasing to ensure that raw materials and all equipment’s are available when needed for production.
• Managing the production team and ensuring that everyone is working efficiently.
• Overseeing the quality control process to ensure that the products meet the quality standards.
• Making decisions about production methods and processes.
• Reporting production data to upper management.
