WE ARE HIRING: ICT GRADUATE TRAINEES (x2)

The ICT Department at ESASCCO is looking for two (2) highly motivated ICT Graduates ready to kick-start their careers in the financial services sector.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core banking application development, system integrations, and financial technology environments.

What you’ll be involved in:

• Supporting and enhancing core banking applications

• Assisting in system development, testing, and deployments

• Working with APIs, integrations, and data processes

• Providing user support and troubleshooting system issues

• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Basic knowledge of programming, databases, and APIs

• Interest in financial systems and digital solutions

• Knowledge of accounting systems like Pastel and Xero is an added advantage

• Exposure to insurance systems is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a technical competency assessment and practical evaluation.
