Position Profile – Operations & Business Manager Client
Industry: Service
Location: Eswatini
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Role Purpose
The Operations & Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and commercial success of the business unit. The role requires a confident and assertive leader who can manage teams, ensure operational efficiency, strengthen customer relationships, and support the financial performance of the business.
This position requires a hands-on manager capable of driving operational discipline while identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and grow the client base.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
Manage daily operational activities across service teams
• Ensure efficient scheduling and route optimisation
• Maintain service delivery standards and operational productivity
Monitor operational performance and address service issues promptly
Financial & Commercial Oversight
Monitor branch financial performance and cost control
• Support revenue growth and client retention initiatives
• Analyse operational and financial reports to
identify improvement opportunities
Ensure resources are used efficiently to maximise profitability
People Management
• Lead and supervise operational teams and supervisors
Drive accountability, performance management, and team development
Foster a professional and results-oriented working environment
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Maintain strong relationships with key clients
Address service-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Represent the company in a professional and solutions-focused manner
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5-10 years management experience
Proven experience managing operational teams
Strong leadership presence and decision-making ability
Good financial awareness including budgeting and cost control
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Background
