Sales & Tour Operations Specialist

Yola Moz Tours is a fast-growing tour operator based in Matsapha, Eswatini. We specialise in unforgettable packaged tours across the SADC region, with a strong focus on Mozambique’s exotic and beautiful South African destinations.

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven business go-getter who will take ownership of sales growth while also handling bookings, trip planning and smooth tour execution.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Diploma or Degree Certificate in Marketing and Sales

• A true “go-getter” with proven sales drive and closing ability

• Strong organisational and planning skills

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Passion for travel and tourism (previous experience in the industry is a big advantage)

• Positive energy, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Aggressively grow sales through new client acquisition, corporate partnerships, social media promotion and direct marketing

• Manage all bookings and reservations efficiently

• Design and plan customised & group tour itineraries

• Coordinate and ensure flawless execution of every tour (logistics, suppliers, guides, transport and on-the-ground support)

• Deliver outstanding customer service and turn clients into repeat travellers and brand ambassadors
