Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for appointment to fill the vacant position tenable in the Judiciary.

DUTIES

To preside over financial disputes as stipulated in the Small Claims Court Act, where the amount in dispute does not exceed E20 000.00.

QUALIFICATIONS

LLB degree and Admitted Attorney

SALARY

Basic salary is on Grade E2

SUPERANNUATION

The successful candidate will become a member of the Public Service Pension Fund after completing an initial probationary service of six (6) months. Applications must be accompanied by the candidate’s Curriculum Vitae and certified copies of the required qualification. Candidates who do not possess the above qualifications should not apply as their applications will not be considered.
