VACANCY – Student Services, Registrar’s Office Graduate Trainee
The Institute of Development Management (IDM) Eswatini campus, is a registered Higher Education, Training, Research and Consultancy orgnaisation which seeks to provide experience and a learning opportunity to suitable qualified, talented and motivated graduate to undergo a two (2) year training programme in the registrar’s Office.
Reports to: Registrar
KEY LEARNING AREAS
- Student Support & Advising: Acting as the first point of contact for student enquiries regarding academic, personal, or administrative matters.
- Administrative & Academic Support: Handling student records, processing applications, admissions data, and assisting with exam logistics.
- Event & Program Coordination: Assisting in the planning, organizing, and execution of student events, such as orientation, graduation ceremonies, workshops, and career fairs.
- Data Management & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with policies
- Communications & Marketing: Drafting communications, updating webpages, and creating promotional materials to keep students informed about services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in (Education, Business Administration, or related fields)
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
