Vacancy: Graphic Designer
Location: Matsapha, Eswatini
Department: Branding & Fabrication Division
Instrument & Control Systems (ICS) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Branding & Fabrication Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating design concepts into impactful visual outputs that reflect ICS’s cultural identity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine digital and print designs for signage, branding, and corporate materials.
• Collaborate with the Branding Supervisor and Technical Manager to interpret client requirements.
• Ensure all designs align with ICS’s values of unity, respect, and Swati pride.
• Support fabrication teams by preparing accurate design files for production.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms and outputs.
• Uphold ICS’s standards of neatness, accuracy, and durability in all design work.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and fabrication teams.
• Attention to detail, time management, and commitment to deadlines.
• Knowledge of branding, signage, and cultural identity integration is an advantage.
