POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER
Location: Ezulwini

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the financial health of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare financial statements and budgets.
• Reconcile monthly statements for bank accounts, PAYE, VAT.
• Perform monthly and annual budget variance analysis to ensure company expenditure & projects are well monitored.
• Perform internal control reviews of any of the company units.
• Track and calculate the company’s revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Postgraduate qualification/Chartered accountant profession or CIMA is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager (hospitality environment preferred).
• Extensive experience in financial management.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Computer literacy (accounting software and MS Office).
REMUNERATION:
A salary commensurate with qualification and experience is offered.
