JOB OVERVIEW:

The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and brand presence. He/she will be responsible for driving revenue, growth, and brand visibility by developing integrated strategies, setting sales targets, and managing marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement marketing plans.

• Drive sales initiatives and manage sales teams.

• Analyze market trends and customer preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field

• An MBA is an added advantage

• 5-10 years of senior experience

• Proven track record in sales/marketing leadership in hospitality

• Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills

REMUNERATION:

A salary commensurate with qualification and experience is offered.
