JOB OVERVIEW:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee housekeeping staff, ensuring that cleanliness standards are met consistently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train and manage housekeeping staff.

• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas.

• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• An E.G.C.S.E Form 5/O level Certificate or equivalent with relevant hospitality certifications considered a plus.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment is typically required.

• Experience in housekeeping with supervisory responsibilities.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

• Good communication and time management skills.

REMUNERATION:

A salary commensurate with qualification and experience is offered.
