FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Website Royal Villas Resort Hotel – Ezulwini
The Royal Villas Resort Hotel, located in the scenic Ezulwini Valley, is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead, innovate, and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s Food and Beverage operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic food and beverage planning and service delivery, including menu development and cost control, supervision of food and beverage preparation and presentation, and ensuring strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless, high-quality, and consistent service.

Assist in establishing and achieving quality and guest satisfaction goals.

Participate in the preparation of the hotel’s strategic and marketing plans.

Prepare and manage the Food and Beverage Department budget.

Ensure effective communication and coordination within the department.

Remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions in emergency situations.
Requirements
-
Accredited Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in food and beverage management within a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.

Solid knowledge of food and beverages, including wines and spirits.

Creative, ambitious, and strong business acumen with excellent people-management skills.

Proven leadership ability in managing large teams.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
