Chef de Partie (CDP)

Royal Villas Resort Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join its culinary brigade. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen (such as grill, sauce, or pastry) and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
This role requires close collaboration with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Royal Villas is a luxury hotel and restaurant facility in the Ezulwini area, offering fine cuisine and hospitality services to local and international guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations of the assigned kitchen section

Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

Execute dishes according to Royal Villas standards and guest expectations

Contribute to menu development and innovation

Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants

Apply knowledge of international cuisines and fine-dining standards

Learn and implement new recipes and cooking procedures
REQUIREMENTS

Accredited culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fine dining or 5-star hotel kitchens

Proven experience managing a kitchen section

Knowledge of food safety regulations; HACCP certification is an added advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail in preparation and presentation
