Job Description
To provide essential operational and administrative support across the Human Capital function, ensuring the effective delivery of HR processes and a positive employee experience. The role assists the Human Capital Business Partner with key activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training coordination, and policy compliance. This is a fixed-term position on a two-year contract.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics (job adverts, shortlisting support, scheduling interviews).
- Prepare interview packs and assessment tools.
- Conduct reference, background, and credential checks.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain recruitment tracking tools and candidate records.
HR Administration & Record Management
- Maintain accurate employee files (physical and digital).
- Update HR databases (workday).
- Manage employee contract renewals and probation review reminders.
- Prepare HR letters (confirmation letters, employment verification, contract amendments).
- Support payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions).
Employee Relations Support
- Serve as first point of contact for routine employee HR queries.
- Assist in scheduling and documenting disciplinary, grievance, and counseling meetings.
- Support employee wellness initiatives, culture activities, and engagement activities.
Performance & Talent Management
- Assist with the administration of performance review cycles.
- Maintain training records and assist with coordinating workshops or learning interventions.
Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure employee files and processes comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support audits and compliance reviews.
- Assist in communicating and implementing new or revised policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly HC dashboards and metrics (headcount, turnover, leave, trainings, vacancies, etc.)
- Assist the HCBP with ad-hoc reports and presentations.
Personal Capability Building
- Develop own capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, including ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR administration or generalist support.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic payroll processes.
