GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAMME (GIT)

DESCRIPTION:

We are inviting applications from graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme. This structured 12-month programme is designed to provide practical exposure, mentorship, and professional development across key functions of the organization. Successful candidates will gain valuable experience.

• Business Development & Marketing: (Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Tourism and/or Events Management, Hospitality related qualification & SHEREP)

• Conservation: (Ecology & Marketing & Communications)

• Human Resource Management

• Finance and Accounting

• IT Systems Development

• Property Maintenance Engineering

• Executive Professional Assistance

• Business Analyst

• Data Analyst
