PRODUCTION MANAGER – BROILERS

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the position of Production Manager – Broilers, reporting to the Operations Manager – Farms. The role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing the broiler department effectively, adhering to industry standards, and ensuring the well-being of the flock.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General management of broiler production units

• Ensuring all operations comply with safety regulations and industry-specific regulations

• Planning and implementation of SOPs and bio-security plan reporting

• Strategic planning and budgeting

• Production planning and balancing

• Feed programs, procurement, and stock management

• Catching teams and abattoir supply

• Farm maintenance

• Health and waste management

• People management

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
