VACANCY
ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR

LOCATION:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the incumbent will form part of the Cementitious Eswatini team and will be based at Matsapha.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Liaising with relevant parties regarding administration activities in accordance with procedures.

The application of administrative procedures relating to sales and despatch of cement to customers.

Executing effective month-end processes including costing and variance analysis.

Overseeing administrative functions.

Leading and managing people to achieve performance objectives.

Systems administration including compliance to the Data Protection Act.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 3 years in an accounting function in a manufacturing / cost reporting environment.

An accounting degree such as B Com Accounting or equivalent.

Basic communication, numeric and literacy skills.
-
Basic product knowledge.
-
SAP proficiency.
