SUPPLY OF CORPORATE UNIFORMS

The Institute of Development Management (IDM) invites eligible and responsive suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of corporate uniforms at IDM Matsapha.

Scope of Supply

The successful bidder will be required to design and supply corporate uniforms for IDM staff (ladies and men). The uniforms must be fit for purpose, complete, and compliant with applicable quality and industry standards.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested suppliers must submit valid documentation, including but not limited to:

• Certificate of Incorporation/Registration

• Valid Trading Licence

• Original and valid Tax Compliance Certificate

• ENPF Compliance Certificate

• Labour Compliance Certificate

• Certified copies of Form J and Form C

• Police clearance for company directors

• Company profile and evidence of similar assignments

Submission of Quotations

Quotations must be submitted physically in sealed envelopes, clearly marked:

“IDM 001 of 2025/2026 – Supply of Corporate Uniform”
