2x Quality Controllers (QC)

Reporting To:
Quality Assurance Supervisor / Quality Manager

Job Purpose

To ensure that all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods comply with company quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements through effective monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products

• Monitor compliance with HACCP and FSSC 22000 requirements on the production floor

• Verify hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping standards

• Identify, record, and report non-conformances and deviations

• Ensure correct product labelling, packaging integrity, and coding

• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports

• Support internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Work closely with production teams to promote food safety and quality awareness

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Quality Management, or related field

• 2–3 years’ experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment

• Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety management systems

• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
