1.0 QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Commerce/Internal Auditing/ Accounting/ Finance/ Information Systems or related field
• 3 years or more internal and or external audit experience at supervisory level
• Sound IT knowledge
• Added advantage – Must be a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors with at least a post-graduate qualification

1.1 OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong analytic and communication skills
• Ability to execute routine data analytics procedures (e.g., IDEA or related tools)
• Strong interpersonal skills and be of a professional disposition
• Proficiency in judgment and creativity to changing needs and situations
• Thorough understating of internal auditing standards, principles and practices
• Ability to work with team members at each individual level of understanding
• Engaging, innovative, tenacious and energetic
