VACANCY – FARM MANAGER
Location: Project Canaan, Sidvokodvo, Manzini, ESWATINI
Project Canaan is seeking to hire a highly experienced and motivated Farm Manager to lead and strengthen its growing agricultural operations. We are looking for an agricultural professional with strong financial management ability, committed to excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Duties & Requirements:

Proven experience in crop production and farm operations

Strong staff oversight and leadership skills

Competence in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning

Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve productivity and sustainability

High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving ability

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or related field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in farm management or a senior farming role

Strong leadership and team-management skills

Knowledge of mixed farming operations (crops and livestock)
