Key Performance/Results Areas & Key Tasks

Reporting to the IMS Manager Services, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

• Ensuring project compliance with IMS requirements.

• Conducting internal audits, site inspections, and compliance reviews.

• Monitoring contractors and subcontractors’ adherence to IMS standards on-site.

• Championing a strong safety culture through inductions, awareness campaigns, and training initiatives.

• Reporting on IMS performance, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions.

• Supporting risk assessments, non-conformance investigations, and incident reporting.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of actions taken to prevent recurrence.

Required Minimum Work Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in Sciences, Engineering, Risk Management, Safety Management, or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an IMS role within heavy industry and large industrial projects.

• Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including contractors, will be an added advantage.
