VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT
Eswatini Sugar invites applications from appropriately qualified professionals for the above vacant position. The position reports to the Marketing Specialist in the Commercial Department. The Customer Support Agent’s core responsibilities will include, amongst others:
1. Responding to sales enquiries in the absence of the Marketing Specialist.
2. Attending to customers enquiries and requests (including questionnaires).
3. Participating in customer visits and preparing necessary reports, as assigned.
4.Providing administrative support including maintaining a customer complaints register.
5. Capture world market prices and other relevant statistics.
6. Maintaining up-to-date documentation on certification and compliance.
7. Maintaining up-to-date file for customers (allocations, forfeitures, deliveries and performance).
8. Process customer orders and issue release notes.
9. Prepare pro-forma invoices and cross border documentation.
10. Issue monthly statements and monitor overdue accounts.
The Person: The ideal candidate should have the following minimum attributes:
(i) Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
(ii) At least two years working experience in customer services.
(iii) Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
(v) Good planning and organizing skills.
(vi) Light Duty Driver’s Licence.
